[Theme] Ghost 6.20 TN

ince my friend ZapR is nowhere to be seen, I thought i'd update this theme I've been fixing.

- Fixed battery bar position
- Removed original conflicting shadows for icons
- Extras icon added
- SensMe Icon added
- Theme Apply/Delete menu semi-fixed

- PS Information board icon resized (Must still remove glow)
- Removed most 'TM's (still a few)
- Fixed text (eg. Free: 13GB NOT Free space 13GB)
